Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your gear as much as we love the planet, so we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that a $7 shipping fee is deducted from refunds, but exchanges and store credit are always free.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Option

  Select whether you would like to exchange for a different size or color, receive store credit, or get a refund to your original payment method.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items—preferably in the original eco-friendly reusable mailer—with all tags attached.

• 4.
  Drop It Off

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once scanned, you will receive a confirmation email and we will process your request within 5-7 business days.
